Gregory Kim

Gregory Kim is the CEO of ImpactVest, an impact-first investment platform purpose-built to channel institutional capital into climate innovation, inclusive economic growth, and other transformative growth areas. ImpactVest originates and structures mission-aligned investment vehicles — including tokenized funds and impact compliance frameworks — that are engineered for regulatory rigor, transparency, and measurable outcomes across global markets.

Gregory is the former youngest Capital Markets VP at RBC and the first Korean G10 FX trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he managed over $2bn in daily FX risk as a principal risk taker. He later co-founded and led a fintech platform as CEO from concept to launch and a $100M exit. Currently, in addition to his ImpactVest role, he also works with a leading AI platform to diagnose LLM failure modes in finance and economics and design rule-based reasoning to improve expert-level responses.
