Tonya Love-Lamorte

Tonya is the Managing Director of the ImpactVest Research and Education division. She has over 20 years of technology leadership, has authored 18 patents and has led innovative solutions to the market. Leveraging her change management experience, Tonya has implemented operations processes for C-Suite Executive Officers and Board of Directors and supported due diligence in an IT service company spin off. This rich background has prepared her well for navigating the ImpactVest Research and Education division. She is energized by the culmination of her passion for innovation and transformative leadership.

Prior to ImpactVest, Tonya was awarded the Advancing the Edge of Innovation Research Recognition Award for year-over-year contributions toward building the innovation pipeline for Human Research Services and Financial Services Group line of businesses. Tonya was selected to participate in the National Academy of Engineering 15th annual US Frontiers of Engineering Symposium. She was awarded the Technology All Star Award at the National Women of Color, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Conference, which honors industry professionals for their career achievements, outstanding corporate responsibility and dedicated community service.
