JENNIFER ALLEN

Jennifer Allen is the Managing Director for ImpactVest Giving, through which she blends the best of innovation, philanthropy, and positive social impact. What an amazing honor! For over 25 years Jennifer Allen has lived her passion working in the Technology Industry, delivering value in R&D and Operations across Fortune 500 companies. Currently at GE Vernova, formerly GE Renewable Energy, she leads a global PMO team focusing on developing cutting-edge technologies and innovative products and solutions world-wide.

In 2022, Jennifer received the Rochester Business Journal 2022 Woman of Excellence recognition, and TechRochester Technology Woman of the Year nomination. She served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Young Women’s College Prep Charter School of Rochester, the only public, all-girls, charter school in the area. She is a member of the Visiting (advisory) Committee at Hajim School of Engineering, at the University of Rochester, and is a Senior Advisor and former national President of the Black Women’s Leadership Council (BWLC).

Jennifer is an ASCENT fellow, with a Mastering Management Certification from Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
